• don't loose hope its may be difficult time make sure you have enough time to seat and think about your site and working 
• watch some youtube video www.youtube.com where some developer share there information

1. decide in which platform you use for website creation after-all you are parent of it and it will grow in presence of you. 
2. decide subject and according to that buy a domain first "Domin" is the most important part as is searched by client and users.you  can find most of domain on this site domain provider
3. start draft project create "index page"first its first page found by search engine. make some efforts in finding similar site and working of it , i am not telling you to copy that but lookup is good.ex, index
4. then comes your "about page" where your business or individual description comes make is corporate and make it small sample
5. service page - is where you tell what you people do! sample.
